Questions & Explanations About Your Sleeping Spot Test

Below, you'll learn exactly why the questions in the test were asked—and what your answers can reveal about where you sleep.

Question 1: How do you feel when you wake up in the morning?

If you tend to feel exhausted and sleep-deprived, this is often a sign that energy is being drained from you at night. This, in turn, is usually an indication that you’re sleeping in an area that vibrates at a lower frequency than you do—for example, a water vein, a fault line, or an intersection of the so-called Curry grid.

Your body then tries to compensate for the energy deficit—without you being able to influence it—and as a result, you lose energy.

Question 2: How would you describe your sleep patterns?

If you sleep soundly through the night and wake up feeling rested in the morning, that's a good sign. However, if you constantly wake up at night and feel restless (a kind of “shaking”), you can usually assume that you’re either sleeping on a stronger disturbance zone, such as a fault line or a Benker cube line—or that you’re exposed to strong external stressors, such as 5G/LTE radiation from a cell tower, DECT, Wi-Fi, or radar frequencies. It’s also possible that you’re sensitive to wind turbines in the area—they generate infrasound below 20 Hz, which is barely audible but can be subtly felt.

For the pineal gland to function properly and to produce melatonin, your body needs darkness at night. However, electromagnetic pollution and areas with strongly positively polarized earth radiation are interpreted by the pineal gland as daylight and disrupt this process.

Question 3: How would you describe the quality of your sleep?

Severe night sweats are also a sign of radiation exposure. Electrosmog, in particular, often causes increased sweating at night—a phenomenon frequently observed in cases of heavy exposure to alternating magnetic fields (train power lines, high-voltage power lines, radio alarm clocks, grounding wires on the house, and electric floor heating). Aggressive high-frequency fields such as DECT, LTE, and Wi-Fi can also be triggers.

Question 4: Do you often feel tense?

Pain in the back, legs, and joints is usually a sign of geopathic disturbances. Back pain, in particular, is common—in part because the body intuitively tries to avoid areas of disturbance and, as a result, is unable to lie down in a relaxed position.

Question 5: Do you have any additional pain at night or in the morning?

Joint pain and rheumatic symptoms are also exacerbated by the presence of earth radiation—but above all by electrosmog and radiofrequency exposure. They often subside when the underlying causes are minimized or neutralized.

Headaches and night sweats are usually a sign of electromagnetic pollution. Older DECT phones, in particular, emit very strong radiation at 2.4 GHz. Unshielded household electrical wiring can also contribute to headaches—especially in the head area—particularly if there is metal incorporated into the bed.

Question 6: Do you or your children toss and turn in bed at night?

The body usually instinctively tries to avoid geopathic stress zones. This is often particularly evident in children. If your child regularly tosses and turns in bed, it could be a sign of a geopathic stress zone, such as a water vein, a fault line, or a grid intersection.

Question 7: What kind of lighting do you use in the bedroom?

Alternating electric fields can interact with your body. One often-overlooked source is bedside lamps, especially those made of metal. If lighting is built directly into the bed, the levels are often particularly high because the wiring usually runs unshielded at head height.

Question 8: Do you have any electronic devices in your bedroom?

Electric devices generate low-frequency electromagnetic pollution, which can interact with your body as an alternating electric field. Power adapters for cell phones and older radio alarm clocks also produce alternating magnetic fields that can have an effect near your head.

Question 9: What kind of bed do you sleep in?

A heated waterbed often generates strong low-frequency electromagnetic pollution. A metal bed is also a good conductor of radiation—fields from lamps, alarm clocks, or other devices couple to it more easily. A wooden bed with no metal parts is generally the least disruptive choice.

Question 10: What kind of slatted bed frame do you use?

An electrically adjustable slatted frame is usually under constant tension, which can transfer to the body. Manually adjustable beds often have metal hinges, on which mineral deposits can also accumulate.

Question 11: What kind of mattress do you use?

Inner-spring mattresses (including modern box-spring beds) contain metal to which alternating electric fields from the environment can become coupled. The springs can also act as antennas for high-frequency radiation. Futon, foam, or latex mattresses generally pose the least risk.

Question 12: What kind of alarm clock do you use?

A radio alarm clock generates alternating magnetic fields—some of which can be quite strong—in its immediate vicinity due to its capacitor. A cell phone connected to the power grid that is used as an alarm clock should always be set to airplane mode in the bedroom. An analog or radio alarm clock generally does not pose a significant health risk.

Question 13: Do you have a cordless phone (DECT)?

Cordless phones emit pulse-modulated microwave radiation, usually at 2.4 GHz. Newer models have an Eco-Plus mode that transmits only while a call is in progress—older models often emit radiation continuously.

Question 14: Do you use Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi also consists of pulse-modulated microwave radiation. It should be turned off at night whenever possible—especially considering that router providers’ hotspot features may still be active.

Question 15: Do you have a baby monitor next to your bed?

A baby monitor that transmits constantly can pose a significant long-term health risk right next to the bed—often unnoticed, because people tend to focus more on protecting their child than on their own exposure to radiation. Devices that activate only when movement or noise is detected and turn off again after a few minutes, rather than transmitting continuously, are significantly less of a concern.

What can you do with that now?

You can improve many of the items on this list yourself with just a few simple steps: Turn off Wi-Fi at night, put your cell phone in airplane mode, and avoid having metal objects near your bed. It costs nothing and is a good first step.

The HOME HARMONIZER was developed to address the types of exposure that aren’t so easy to avoid—geopathic stress zones, neighbors’ Wi-Fi, and nearby cell towers. It measurably neutralizes these influences throughout your home’s entire electrical circuit, rather than shielding individual sources.
