Terms and Conditions of Alternawol eG

§1 Applicability to Businesses and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version in effect at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

§2 Formation of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed through our online store at https://biogeta.shop

(2) If a contract is concluded, it is entered into with Alternawol eG (
, Am Hammer 1, 59955 Winterberg).

(3) The presentation of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement.

Acceptance of the offer must be made in writing or in text form, or by shipping the ordered goods within one week. If this period expires without a response, the offer is deemed to have been rejected.

(4) The following rules apply when an order is placed in our online store:

The consumer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online store.

The ordering process consists of the following steps:

1) Select the desired items
2) Confirm by clicking the “Order” button
3) Review the details in the shopping cart
4) Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button
5) Log in to the online store after registering and entering your login details (email address and password).
6) Review and correct the entered data.
7) Submit the binding order by clicking the “Place Order” or “Buy” button

Before submitting a binding order, the consumer may, after reviewing their information, return to the webpage where the customer’s details are entered by clicking the “Back” button in their web browser to correct any input errors or cancel the ordering process by closing the web browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order via an automatically generated email (order confirmation). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer will be made in writing, in text form, or by shipping the ordered goods within one week.

For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the Internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices listed in euros include sales tax and other charges. Shipping costs may apply. For orders outside the Eurozone, taxes applicable in the respective country and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

(2) The consumer may pay by prepayment, PayPal, giropay, SEPA direct debit, or debit or credit card

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he or she agrees to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded.

§4 Delivery & Returns

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready to ship immediately. Delivery will take place within 5 business days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank handling the transfer; for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day.

(3) Even in the case of a sale by delivery, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item to the buyer.

(4) Upon receipt of the delivery, the consumer must immediately inspect the goods for any damage and, if necessary, report such damage to the seller in writing (via email to mail@alternawol.org) within 24 hours. Damage reported after this time will not be reimbursed.

(5) If the product is returned with significant defects, such as scratches, or if the Harmonizer has been opened, any repair and polishing costs incurred will be billed separately at the standard hourly rate charged by a local repair shop.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. This does not apply to goods that have been custom-made or customized (personalized) for the customer.

For BIOGETA® brand products, we offer a30-dayreturn policy starting from the day you receive the merchandise.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not required.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days (30 days for BIOGETA products) from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
